This Privacy Policy explains how Agochar Games ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you play our mobile games. It applies to every game listed below, on Android and iOS.

Summary

  • We do not run our own servers for these games, we do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, contacts, photos or precise location.
  • Your game progress and settings are stored only on your device.
  • Games marked "Ads" show ads through Google AdMob. Google may collect device identifiers and usage data to show and measure ads, as described below. You can choose whether ads are personalized.
  • Purchases are handled entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We never see your payment details.

Information stored on your device

Our games save your progress (levels, stars, coins, unlocked items), your settings (sound, vibration, language, accessibility options) and whether you bought "Remove ads". This file stays on your device. We cannot access it, and it is deleted when you uninstall the game.

Third-party services

Advertising: Google AdMob

Games marked "Ads" use Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC, to show ads. To show, limit and measure ads and to prevent fraud, Google and its partners may collect and process:

  • your device's advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID or Apple IDFA, if you allow it) and the app set ID,
  • your IP address, which can indicate your approximate location,
  • information about your device (model, operating system, language) and about ad interactions (ads shown, taps, video views),
  • diagnostic information such as crash logs and app performance data.

How Google uses this information is described in Google's policies:

Your choices

  • European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland: when you first open the game, a consent form from Google lets you choose whether your data may be used for personalized ads. You can change your choice at any time in the game under Settings → Privacy options. If you do not consent, you may still see non-personalized or limited ads.
  • United States (state privacy laws, such as California): you can opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising through the privacy message shown in the game, or through Settings → Privacy options where available.
  • iPhone and iPad: the game asks for permission to track through Apple's App Tracking Transparency. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", your IDFA is not shared. You can change this later in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
  • Android: you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device's Settings → Google → Ads (or Settings → Privacy → Ads on some devices).
  • No ads at all: games that offer "Remove ads" stop showing ads between levels after purchase. Watching an ad for an optional reward always remains your choice.

In-app purchases: Google Play and Apple App Store

Purchases are processed by Google Play (Android) or the Apple App Store (iOS) under their own terms and privacy policies. We receive only confirmation that a purchase was made, so the game can unlock it and restore it on a new device. We never receive your name, payment card or billing details.

Permissions used

Our games may request these device permissions:

  • Internet and network state: to load ads and verify purchases.
  • Vibration: for haptic feedback (can be turned off in Settings).
  • Advertising ID (Android): used by Google AdMob as described above.

Children

Our games are intended for a general audience aged 13 and older and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through one of our games, please contact us and we will help remove it.

Data retention and deletion

We do not store your personal information on our own systems. Game data on your device is deleted when you uninstall the game. For information collected by Google for advertising, you can use the choices described above or Google's tools at myaccount.google.com/data-and-privacy.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in Europe or state privacy laws in the United States), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, and to object to its processing. Because we do not hold personal information ourselves, most requests are handled through the in-game privacy options and the third-party services above. You can also contact us and we will help.

Security

We rely on the security of your device's operating system for the data stored on it, and on Google and Apple for the services they provide. Communication with these services is encrypted in transit.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, for example when we release a new game or add a service. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest version. Significant changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
